 ದಿನಾಂಕ :23/08/2023 ರಂದು  ಸೈoಟ್  ಮೇರಿಸ್ ಸಿರಿಯನ್ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರ ಇದರ ಆಂತರಿಕ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟದ ಭರವಸೆ ಕೋಶವು ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕೇತರ ವೃಂದ ದವರಿಗೆ  ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಳಿತಾತ್ಮಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಷಮತೆ  ಹಾಗೂ ಗುಣಮಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸುವ ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ  ಒಂದು ದಿನದ ಪುನರ್ಚೇತನ  ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿತು .ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಸೇಕ್ರೆಡ್ ಹಾರ್ಟ್ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಮಡಂತ್ಯಾರ್  ಇದರ ನಿವೃತ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು ,ಉತ್ತಮ ವಾಗ್ಮಿಗಳಾದ ಡಾ . ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಏನ್ ಮ್ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದರು . ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕರಾದ  ಅಶ್ವಿನ್ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿ    ,ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾಗ ಡಾ . ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಉಡುಪ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಪ್ರಾಸ್ತಾವಿಕ ನುಡಿಗಳನಾಡಿದರು , IQAC ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಪ್ರೊ . ರಾಬರ್ಟ್ ರೊಡ್ರಿಗಸ್ ದನ್ಯವಾದ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು , ಡಾ . ವಿದ್ಯಾಲತಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು   ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು .ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿವರ್ಗದವರು  ಉತ್ಸಾಹ ದಿಂದ   ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರದ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡರು .

On August 23, 2023, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Saint Mary's Syrian College in Brahamavara organized a One-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP). This event aimed to enhance the academic and administrative performance and overall quality of the college. The workshop featured Dr. Joseph N M was the resource person for the programme.

The workshop commenced with a warm welcome from Ashwin Shetty, a lecturer at the college, who also greeted the college's principal, Dr. Manjunath Udupa. Dr. Udupa then delivered the opening remarks for the workshop, setting the tone for the day's activities. IQAC Director Prof. Robert Rodriguez and Dr. Vidyalatha were also instrumental in presenting the program.

The workshop saw enthusiastic participation from all staff members of the college, who fully embraced the opportunity for professional development and improvement.
