On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, the National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers from Saint Mary's Syrian College, Brahmavar, came together to launch the "Swachatha Bharatha Abhiyan" (Clean India Campaign) at Murdeshwar. This initiative aimed to pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, by taking a step towards his vision of a clean and self-reliant India.
Armed with brooms, trash bags, and a strong sense of purpose, the NSS volunteers meticulously cleaned the Railway Station premises and the surrounding areas. Their dedication and enthusiasm were remarkable, as they collected litter, removed plastic waste, and ensured the surroundings were pristine.
The "Swachatha Bharatha Abhiyan" by the NSS volunteers of Saint Mary's Syrian College, Brahmavar, serves as an inspiring example of how the youth of the nation are actively participating in initiatives that align with Mahatma Gandhi's vision.
