The vibrant spirit of culinary creativity filled the air as S.M.S College proudly hosted its much-anticipated "Dive in Delicacy" Season 3 food fest on December 09, 2023. Students exhibited immense enthusiasm and active participation, showcasing their culinary prowess by preparing an impressive array of dishes. The event was an embodiment of innovation and sustainability, with students ingeniously utilizing waste woods to craft varieties of rice items, fried delicacies, sweets, and invigorating juices.

The students' dedication to presenting their recipes and items to the judges was evident in their meticulous preparation and passionate display. "Dive in Delicacy" Season 3 not only showcased gastronomic talents but also underscored the significance of participative learning within the curriculum. This event served as a platform for students to engage in hands-on learning, fostering creativity, teamwork, and practical skills essential for their holistic development.

The food fest was a testament to the college's commitment to experiential education, encouraging students to explore innovative approaches while emphasizing sustainability in culinary practices. ಸೈಂಟ್ ಮೇರಿಸ್ ಸಿರಿಯನ್ ಕಾಲೇಜ್, ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರ

 ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಸಂಘ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಸೇವಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಲಲಿತಾ ಕಲಾ ಸಂಘಗಳ ವತಿಯಿಂದ 'ನಿತ್ಯ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಸ್ಯ' ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ದಿನಾಂಕ 6/12/2023 ರಂದು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗಾಗಿ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

' ಮನು ಹಂದಾಡಿ' ಎಂದು ದೇಶ ವಿದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಪ್ರಿಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಮನೋಹರ್ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ಹಂದಾಡಿ, ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರ, ಉಡುಪಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಇವರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಹಲವಾರು ಜೀವನ ಮೌಲ್ಯಾಧಾರಿತ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಚಟಾಕಿಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು . 

ಮನು ಹಂದಾಡಿ ಯವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಭರಿತ ಕುಂದಾಪುರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಶೈಲಿಯ ವಾಕ್ಚಾತುರ್ಯದ ಮೂಲಕ ನೆರೆದಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ನಗೆ ಕಡಲಲ್ಲಿ ತೇಲಿಸಿದರು.ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರ ಜೀವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಬೇಕು: ಆದರೆ ಜೀವನ ಹಾಸ್ಯಾಸ್ಪದ ವಾಗಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಮನವರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದರು.

 ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಡಾ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಉಡುಪ ಕೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಮುದ,ಸಾಂತ್ವನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಾಧಾನಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡುವಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಪಾತ್ರ ವಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂಬ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮನು ಹಂದಾಡಿ ಯವರು ಪ್ರಶಂಸಾರ್ಹರು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಒಂದು ಸಮಾಜಮುಖಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಮುಂದುವರಿ ಯಲಿ ಎಂದು ಆಶಿಸಿದರು.

 ಕಾರ್ತಿಕ್ ತೃತೀಯ ಬಿಕಾಂ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿದರು, ಶ್ರೀನಿಧಿ ತೃತೀಯ ಬಿಕಾಂ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಿದರು. ಫಾತಿಮಾ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಬಿ ಎ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿದರು.ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಬಿಎ ಧನ್ಯವಾದ ಸಮರ್ಪಿಸಿದರು .

  ಪ್ರತೀಕ್ ತೃತೀಯ ಬಿ ಸಿ ಎ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಚನ ತೃತೀಯ ಬಿಕಾಂ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು.

 ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕ- ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಕೇತರ ವೃಂದದವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು . ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ-ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿನಿಯರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

Vaishnavi's prowess in javelin throw not only brings pride to S.M.S College but also highlights her dedication and commitment to excelling in sports. The competition, hosted by GFGC Tenkanudiyuru, witnessed participants from various colleges showcasing their athletic talents.

04/12/2023 ರ ಗುರುವಾರದಂದು ಸೈಂಟ್ ಮೇರಿಸ್ ಸಿರಿಯನ್ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯ 2023-24 ರ ಸಾಲಿನ ಎನ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್. ಘಟಕಗಳ ವತಿಯಿಂದ *"ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಏಡ್ಸ್ ದಿನ"ದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಏಡ್ಸ್ ನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವ* ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಮಿನಿ ಸಭಾಂಗಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಡಾ. ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ಉಡುಪ ಕೆ. ಇವರು ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಡಾ. ಮೆಲಿಟ ಶೈಲಿನಿ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಪ್ರೊಪೆಸರ್ಸೆ ಲೆಕ್ಷನ್ ಗ್ರೇಡ್ 

ವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ ಸರ್ಜಿಕಲ್ ನರ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ವಿಭಾಗ, ಮಣಿಪಾಲ ಕಾಲೇಜ್ ಆಫ್ ನರ್ಸಿಂಗ್, ಹೈಯರ್ ಎಜುಕೇಶನ್, ಮಣಿಪಾಲ. ಇವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿ ಎಚ್.ಐ.ವಿ. ಏಡ್ಸ್ ಹೇಗೆ ಹರಡುತ್ತದೆ, ಇದರ ಲಕ್ಷಣಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇದರಿಂದ ಆಗುವ ಪರಿಣಾಮಗಳನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.

ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಇವರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಹಾಯಕರಾಗಿ ಡೊಯ್ಲಿನ್ ಒಲಿವೀರ ಇವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದರು.ಎನ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್. ಘಟಕಗಳ ಯೋಜನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಮಮತಾ  ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಸನ್ನ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ  ಸಹಯೋಜನಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾದ ಸುಪ್ರಿತಾ ಮೇಡಂ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕ ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕೇತರ ವೃಂದದವರು, ನಮ್ಮ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಮತ್ತು ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ವರ್ಷದ ಎನ್.ಎಸ್.ಎಸ್.ಸ್ವಯಂ ಸೇವಕರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತವನ್ನು ಶ್ರೇಯಸ್, ಅತಿಥಿಯಾಗಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿರುವ ಡಾ. ಮೆಲಿಟ ಶೈಲಿನಿ ಇವರ ಪರಿಚಯವನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯಾ, ಧನ್ಯವಾದವನ್ನು ವರುಣ್ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರೂಪಣೆಯನ್ನು ಆದಿತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಚೈತ್ರಾ ಇವರು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
